John Muenz, M.D. is a board certified physician with experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management and addiction management. Caleb Dunlap, M.D. is board certified in family medicine. He earned his doctorate degree from American University of the Caribbean in St. Maarten in 2019 after earning a Master of Science in Chemistry at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Dunlap completed his family medicine residency at Orange Park Medical Center, Florida.
Before joining our practice, Dr. Dunlap was active in both volunteer and paid positions. While attending university, he served as a leasing agent and laboratory coordinator, gaining experience in organizing and training employees and students. As a volunteer, he helped to organize a carnival for orphans in St. Maarten, providing companionship to dementia patients and administering free sports physicals at Orange Park High School. As a result of his experiences, Dr. Dunlap is dedicated to pediatric and newborn care, community service, and palliative and quality of life care for his patients. Victoria Jacobs, APRN is a highly-experienced nurse practitioner in primary care and is board certified in adult gerontology. Jacobs is dedicated and passionate about providing holistic and preventative care and is practiced in diverse health care settings and in treating patients with a variety of comorbidities, illnesses and injuries. She is skilled in patient assessments, diagnostics, medication management and lab interpretations, as well as in procedures such as wound care and infusions. She is certified to perform department of transportation medical examinations by the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.
Jacobs earned Masters Degrees in Nursing and Public Health, as well as her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of South Florida, Tampa.
Prior to joining Family Medical Centers, Jacobs supported patients of all ages from newborns to geriatrics. Most recently as a primary care nurse at Bio Family Clinic in Yuma, Arizona, as well as a neonatal nurse at Tampa General Hospital, Florida where she cared for infants endangered through premature birth and defects or who had neurologic, renal and cardiac concerns.
In her primary care role, she coordinates with physicians, specialists, nutritionists and other medical staff to develop treatment plans for chronic conditions, including diabetes and heart disease. Jacobs also diagnoses and manages acute and chronic diseases, performs and analyzes lab tests for patient plans, and maintains meticulous charting of patient records.

Heather Tarno, APRN, FNP-BC, is an advanced practice nurse with more than 12 years of experience, specializing in acute care. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City in 2013. He served his residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando where he was the Chief Resident. He completed his sports medicine fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL in 2018. He has most recently been accepted as a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine in 2022.
Before joining Family Medical Centers, Marberry was an attending physician for the Center for Health and Sports Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida. He is one of the leading experts in his field with multiple publications and educational presentations.
Marberry combines the full spectrum of family medicine care along with knowledgeable treatment for non-surgical orthopedic conditions such as arthritis, tendinitis, strains, sprains, and fracture care. He performs ultrasound diagnostics and image-guided injections for all extremity treatments, which include hyaluronic acid and cortisone injections.
Marberry has served as team physician for many high school and collegiate athletics, being present on the sidelines for immediate medical evaluation and sports physicals. He has also covered large events such as marathons and triathlon medical coverage, international volleyball (FIVB) coverage, and is one of the team physicians for USA Taekwondo. Betsy Geraci is a certified physician assistant who joined the team with more than seven years of experience helping patients with examinations, preventative care and treatments.
Geraci earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Florida. Prior to joining the practice, Geraci worked for First Coast Heart and Vascular providing inpatient cardiology services to hospital patients. She also has experience working as a geriatrics physician assistant and primary care physician assistant, providing care to people of all ages.

Heather Tarno, APRN, FNP-BC, is an advanced practice nurse with more than 12 years of experience, specializing in acute care. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree, from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio. Additionally, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
Throughout her nursing career, Tarno has gained valuable experience through diverse clinical rotations. As a student, she completed rotations at Conviva Care Centers, Family Medical Centers and Emed Specialty Clinic, focusing on primary care in different settings. This experience allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of patient care across the lifespan.
Tarno’s previous role as a registered nurse at Flagler Hospital spanned a decade. During this time, she served as an emergency room staff nurse as well as a transitional unit charge nurse and clinical trainer, contributing to staff development and ensuring high-quality patient care. Additionally, Tarno worked as a medical-surgical staff nurse.
Proficient in various computer systems, including eClinicalWorks, Athena, Allscripts and Microsoft Office, she effectively manages patient records and utilizes technology in her practice.

Jennifer Sidey is a family medicine practitioner with Family Medical Centers. Prior to joining Family Medical Centers’ Fleming Island location, Dr. Sidey completed her residency in family medicine at Orange Park Medical Center, Orange Park, Florida.
She received her board certification in family medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine and her Doctor of Medicine with a Distinction in Research degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Louisville, Kentucky where she had also completed her post-baccalaureate pre-medicine program, magna cum laude.
Dr. Sidey’s professional interests and research are focused on hormone therapy, healthcare for at-risk populations, palliative and quality-of-life care and resident training and education. She is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
With a heart for service and a belief in physicians as community leaders, Dr. Sidey has helped to institute a food pantry for a low income clinic, created a newborn wellness initiative and has volunteered as a physician at health fairs, women’s centers, emergency shelters, missions and provided physicals for at-risk youth.

Amy Powell, APRN, FNP-C has more than seventeen years providing acute care as a critical care registered nurse in the ICU, handling urgent care injuries and trauma. Additionally, Powell holds her trauma nurse core certification and is trained as a diabetes nurse. For the well-being of her patients, she provides preventative care alongside delivering high quality education.
Powell has exemplary communication skills including keeping detailed patient records as an Epic and Athena-trained provider. She has worked at Florida hospitals – UF Health in Jacksonville and Tampa General Hospital – where she served as a preceptor and a charge nurse.
