Katherine Hamilton, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, ENP-C is a board certified advanced nurse practitioner, family nurse practitioner and emergency nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University after serving as a paramedic lieutenant for Bradford County Emergency Services, Florida. After ten years of working in emergency departments for several large Jacksonville hospitals, Hamilton transitioned to family practice and joined Family Medical Centers.

Hamilton, a recognized leader and patient advocate, is proficient in critical care and decision making for both acute and chronic medical issues. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Northeast Florida Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners and American Academy of Emergency and holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Basic Life Support and Trauma Nursing Core Course. Hamilton gives back to the community through her volunteer work with the Rattlesnake Conservancy and K-9 for Warriors. She also served a medical mission to Nicaragua.
