Sarah J. Gomez is an advanced practice registered nurse with Family Medical Centers. A detailed and team-oriented professional, Gomez joined the practice with more than seventeen years of experience providing prime patient care with a focus on health care prevention and support.
Gomez earned her Masters of Science in Nursing at South University in Savannah, Georgia and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Prior to joining Family Medical Centers, Gomez supported patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics. She worked for St. Vincent’s Clay in Orange Park in various capacities, including as an emergency department nurse delivering hands-on care to patients in a fast-paced critical care environment.
