Kaitlyn Kaczka is a board certified advanced nurse practitioner with a speciality in adult-gerontology. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University in Nutley, New Jersey, where she graduated magna cum laude. Kaczka did her clinical rotations in intensive care, as a hospitalist, in neurosurgery, and in surgical trauma intensive care.
After seven years in New Jersey hospitals, Kaczka moved to Florida to work at Family Medical Centers in Jacksonville. She has strong skills in post-surgical treatment, medication education, staff training and other administrative tasks. As a specialist in adult and senior adult care, Kaczka’s background in trauma and post surgical care will bring added benefit to our older patients. Geriatric patients often require more intervention and medication management to age in a healthy manner and stay mentally and physically active as long as possible.
Kaczka is board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN-BC) and as an adult-gerontology Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (ACNP-AG).
