Family Medical Centers Welcomes Sarah Kern, ARNP, to Orange Park Location
05.20.15JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – May 20, 2015 – Orange Park Family Medical Centers welcomes board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Sarah Kern.
Prior to joining Family Medical Centers, she served as a primary care provider for adults 55 and older working with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and services to nursing home level-of-care patients in Ohio. Kern received her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Ambulatory Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati.
She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and is trained in the diagnosis of acute and chronic illness and in the implementation of appropriate plans of care.
“Kern brings a high level of professionalism and quality senior care to our practice making her a strong addition to our team,” said Dr. Harris.
