Family Medical Centers Welcomes North Florida Native Nurse Practitioner to Practice

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., September 29, 2017 – Family Medical Centers welcomes Advanced
Registered Nurse Practitioner Amanda Adams to serve their Middleburg location patients. A
native of North Florida, Adams offers experience in a variety of nursing practices, ranging from pediatrics to advanced adult cardiac life support.

Adams is a registered nurse practitioner who earned her bachelor’s degree in Human
Science/Exercise Science at Florida State University in Tallahassee. Adams furthered her
education and earned her nursing degree from St. Johns River State College, located in Orange Park. Following her two bachelor’s degrees, Adams continued her education and earned her Master’s degree at Savannah’s South University while working full time as a nurse practitioner.

“Ms. Adams’ extensive and ongoing training, paired with an impeccable work ethic, makes her a great addition to our growing practice,” said Family Medical Centers lead physician Benjamin Goh. “Our goal is to offer the best possible care for our patients and having Ms. Adams here helps us achieve this.”

In addition to Adams’ multiple degrees, she has certifications in Basic Life support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
