February 8th, 2021- Patient Update:
Hello, thank you for visiting! Family Medical Centers has not yet been issued the COVID-19 vaccine. Please work with your county health department to get vaccinated in a timely manner. We will be notifying patients when the time comes. No need to call our offices. The Florida Department of Health (DOH) has launched a new telephone support line for seniors (ages 65 and above) and frontline healthcare workers to request COVID-19 vaccine appointments. The main number is (866) 201-6313 and the TTY number is (833) 476-1526.

Our goal is to continue to support patients and address their health care concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have an urgent need, please do not delay care, whether it is COVID-19 related or not. Our offices are taking extra precautions to ensure we can safely care for you. This includes robust patient screening, universal masking, and enhanced cleaning of patient, staff, and waiting areas.
